Court declared Senator Joshua Lidani as winner of the Gombe South’s APC  Primary Election.

The Gombe State Federal Higher Court has dismissed the case of Bilyaminu Babalili on ground of lack of satisfiable evidence and declared Senator Joshua Lidani as winner of the Gombe South’s APC  Primary Election.

In an interview with the counsel to the APC, Barrister A.O Usman, maintained that the judgment will also favour his client even if the case is taken to the supreme Court.

In a remark, Special Assistant to Senator Joshua Lidani, Sadik Ahmed, noted that it’s a internal misunderstanding and it is normal within every political party and called on the members to remain united in achieving their goals.
