Borno: Governor Zulum flags off 2023 Tree planting campaign

The Vice-Chancellor Borno State University, Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe was among several dignitaries in Borno who planted a tree at the flag off, of the 2023 Borno State Tree Planting campaign.

The occasion was flagged off by Governor Babagana Umara ZULUM with planting of a tree at the premises of the Borno State University Teaching Hospital along Maiduguri-Damaturu road. The 2023 Tree Planting Campaign, has as its theme: “Trees for Resettlements”,

The occasion, wa Organized by the Borno State Ministry of Environment.

The Executive Governor of Borno State, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum was the Special Guest of Honour at the occasion.

The Vice-Chancellor was accompanied by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Central Administration Professor Fanna Inna Abdulrahman, Registrar Dr zanna Mustapha kashim as well as some principal and Units Head of the University among others
