Eid-el-Maulud: Kano Deputy Governor Urges Muslims To Pray For Peace, Progress Aminu Abdussalam GWARZO

The Deputy Governor of Kano State, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, has urged the Muslim Ummah to offer prayers for peace, progress, and prosperity in the state and the country.

This is contained in the Deputy Governor’s Eid-el- Maulud message to the people of the state as circulated to newsmen by his Press Secretary,Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu.

The occasion, according to Gwarzo, marks the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and it is a moment of reflection, unity and spiritual renewal.

He said the event also served as a reminder on the teachings of Islam, emphasizing peace, compassion and the pursuit of righteousness.

While felicitating with the Muslim Ummah in Kano State and the nation on this year’s occasion of Eid-el-Maulud,Ibrahim Garba said, the Deputy Governor commended the faithful for their commitment to the teachings of Islam which continued to inspire harmony and goodwill within our society.

He emphasized the importance of upholding the values of empathy, tolerance and respect for one another, as exemplified by the Prophet’s life.

“As we celebrate this significant day, I am calling on all residents of Kano State to use this occasion to strengthen the bonds of unity, friendship and solidarity within our diverse community,” Gwarzo said.

The Deputy Governor then expressed his commitment to working tirelessly alongside Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and the entire government so as to improve the living standard of the people of the state.
