The Supreme Court is set to deliver its verdict on the Federal Government’s lawsuit against the 36 Governors, which seeks complete autonomy for the 774 local governments in the country.

The judgment is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday).

A court document obtained on Wednesday at the Supreme Court indicates that all parties involved in the case have been notified of the upcoming judgment through their legal representatives.

The notification of the impending judgment was formally served on the Federal Government, specifically on the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, located at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Abuja.
