NSCDC, Police Reaffirm Synergy as Spokespersons Meet in Abuja

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has reaffirmed its commitment to closer collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force and other sister agencies in addressing the nation’s security challenges.

Speaking at the Corps NSCDC National Headquarters in Abuja, the Corps’ Public Relations Officer, CSC Babawale Afolabi, gave the assurance while hosting the newly appointed Police Spokesperson, CSP Hundeyin Benjamin, in a visit described as a gesture of camaraderie and professional solidarity.

Afolabi, who congratulated his counterpart, pledged deeper partnership in public communication, strategic engagement, and joint security initiatives.

In his remarks, CSP Hundeyin commended the NSCDC’s professionalism and stressed the need for stronger inter-agency cooperation to boost public trust and enhance national safety.

The meeting underscored a renewed drive for synergy and shared responsibility in safeguarding lives, property, and critical national assets.
