BREAKING: England names interim head coach

The English Football Association (FA) has announced that Lee Carsley, the current manager of England’s under-21 team, will temporarily lead the senior national team, the Three Lions.

Carsley is set to manage the upcoming Nations League matches against the Republic of Ireland and Finland in September.

His tenure could be extended, depending on how swiftly the FA completes its search for a permanent successor to Gareth Southgate.
