Gov. Abba Condoles with Hon. Abdullahi Rogo over father’s death

Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has condoled with the family of Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Rogo, the Director General, Protocol Directorate of Kano State Government House, over the death of his father, Alhaji Ibrahim D. Rogo.

Late Ibrahim D. Rogo died in the early hours of today (Saturday 16th December, 2023) after a protracted illiness.

He was a retired civil servant who served in various positions, a former Primary Health care Coordinator of Dawakin Tofa, Tsanyawa, Bagwai, Karaye , and Shanono local governments, and finally retired at Bebeji local government.

The Governor in a condolence message issued by Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, Director General, Media and Publicity, described the death as a loss not only to his immediate family but to Kano State in general.

Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf also prayed to Almighty Allah to repose the soul of late Alhaji Ibrahim D. Rogo and Jannatul Firdausi be his final abode.

Late Rogo died at the age of 71, and he is survived by two wives, 19 children, and 60 grandchildren.
