Kano Governor forwards six commissioner nominees to Kano Assembly

Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has forwarded the names of six commissioner nominees to the State House of Assembly for consideration.

Pressmen reports that the Speaker of the Assembly, Hon. Jibril Isma’ila Falgore, read out the names during Wednesday’s plenary session.

The nominees are Hon. Ibrahim Namadi Dala, Hon. Muktar Ishaq Yakasai, Hon. Sani Lawan Malumfashi, Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa, Hon. Idris Garba Mustapha and Hon. Salisu Yashau Soja.

The nominees are expected to undergo the legislative process for consideration and confirmation before their possible appointment as commissioners in the state.
