KAROTA reaffirms commitment to work with the Military Personnel for mutual benefit

The Managing Director of Kano State Roads Traffic Agency KAROTA, Hon Faisal Mahmud Kabir has assured Military formations operating in Kano of his resolve to work together for the overall progress of the nation.

Hon Faisal Mahmud made the remark today when the Commandant of the 403 Flying Training School, Kano, Group Captain Uchenna Ihediwa paid him a courtesy visit in his office.

The Managing Director remarked that although Karota personnel had been having some issues with military personnel but the management of KAROTA is working for an amicable resolution of any misunderstanding that may crop up between their personnel.

The KAROTA MD further assured of harmonious working relationship with the all military personnel in the state.

He appreciated the visit by the Airforce Commandant, pledging that future relationship between KAROTA and the military will continue to grow from strength to strength.

On his part, the Commander, Group Captain Uchenna Ihediwa said he was at the KAROTA headquarters to cement the existing relationship between KAROTA and the Airforce Training School so as to collectively contribute to proper maintenance of law and order among the populace.

The Commander stressed the need for all uniformed personnel to work closely for effective discharge of their statutory responsibilities.

Group Captain Uchenna Ihediwa who said road traffic control requires extreme safety, vigilance, coordination and professionalism, commended Karota personnel for their dedication and resilience in the discharge of their duties.

While appreciating the hospitality accorded them by the Managing Director of KAROTA, Group Captain Uchenna promised that more avenues would be created for the sustenance of harmonious working relationship them.
